TOYOTA - Jahatnya Kamu!!!

(This will be a lengthy post....tolong baca sampai habis and make it viral.)

Pagi ini aku pergi hantar kereta untuk repair power window yang rosak.

"Hmm...Proton...biase lah tu..."

Ehhh...bila masa aku sebut pasal Proton?

Ni aku tengah cakap pasal kereta bini aku - Toyota Vios.

"Ehhh...takkan Toyota pun ada problem power window?"

Hmm...mungkin masalah enjin, tingkap, etc. bukanlah satu masalah yang tak biasa untuk sebiji kereta. Standardlah, bila dah rosak, aku akan hantar ke service center untuk repair. Setakat ni yang aku ingat dan rekod...kitorang tak pernah hantar servis kereta ni di tempat lain yang bukan official service center untuk Toyota. NOT EVEN ONCE.

My wife is a proud owner (unfortunately) of a 2006's Toyota Vios. Registration no. DAW *** (plat negeri The Red Warrior beb!)

The problem started in 2008...we've trouble operating the power window which is located at the driver's seat. Almaklumlah...kat tempat driver ni banyak gak pakai tingkap dia...bila masuk parking nak ambil tiket, bila kene tahan dengan polis - kene lower down sikit tingkap untuk bercakap (ke bila kena tahan polis lower down tingkap belah passenger? ada ke?)

"Dah tu...hantar la repair!!!"

Yeee.....aku dah hantar repair dah...in fact masalah kerosakan ni dah diadukan da di"repairkan" at least 10 kali (excluding all the phone calls, messages, etc.) sepanjang 2008 hingga 2012...sila rujuk report2 kat bawah. I hide some of the details for security measures...you can observe my complaints / reports under the "Customer Requests" or "Job Description" sections. Tarikh servis pun ada gak:

Report #1: Toyota just adjust sikit2...



Report #2: This time they broke my window, and didn't compensate me for the tinted glass...they said - its not under warranty!!!



Report #3: and again...

Report #4: and again...(pardon me, its a lil bit blurry...funny coz Toyota can build kick-ass vehicle but in the same time unable to print  this info on paper...so, I just relying on my phone's camera)


Report #5:  They ask me to pay for the parts that they never fix

What pissess me off, after 4 years++...they said that the whole window system need to be replaced...and will cost me nearly RM2000!!!

Dear TOYOTAss#0L3S:

1. You claimed you fixed the problem, but the problem NEVER resolved!

2. You ask me to PAY for the services that you didn't deliver!

3. It took you 4++ years to figure out what is wrong with your car...

4. YOUR SERVICES IS BAD...AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD!
